I have been performing my signature act in Mavericks at the Plaza 5 nights a week and so many people have asked me, ‘How do I do that?’ Well, now you can find out!
I’ll be teaching you how to shimmy, shake and isolate your gluteus maximus, medius and minimus. Please wear clothing that allows you to move. If your knees are sensitive, please bring a yoga mat or knee pads. We will not be on our knees for long but we will be in various positions as we try to find and isolate our backsides.
Also, do not forget your sense of humor! This will be fun!
